Should I use a tracked service to send my return back?Updated a year ago

Returning an item, we recommend using a shipping service that can be tracked to send your order back to us.

If shipping an item over £70.00 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. 

In the rare event that your return is lost in transit, we would be unable to refund items that are not received.
